Cecil is the founder of Raven Elite Protection LLC. As a US Navy veteran who excelled in his service both on land and at sea, he offers the highest quality security services available. A graduate of the Executive Protection Institute (EPI) and a standing member of the Nine Lives Association (NLA), he is proficient in armed/unarmed protection as well as investigations, security risk assessments and mitigation.
He understands that security is not just about being able to handle a given situation, but how to plan for, predict, and avoid a potential security risk. Cecil applies the necessary tactics, techniques, and procedures to ensure the safety of his clients.
In his off time he enjoys surfing, touring on his motorcycle, and spending time with his family.
